This one is really close to my heart I started writing it back in April 2025, and now, after a long wait, it’s finally being published. I know it took a long time, but trust me, if you were obsessed with Vowed to Ruin Her (VTRH)  then this one will be your next addiction for sure.

Meet Saanvika, 22 years old — an orphan who lived her life like a lost child. Her parents never accepted her; they abandoned her the moment she was born. From the very beginning, she grew up in an orphanage among other children. As she grew older, her dreams began to shape her destiny and her ultimate dream became to be the best lawyer and fight for justice.

Meet Vyom Nomani, 29 years old — a criminal lawyer and a professor at a law firm college. He’s one of the most feared lawyers, known for never losing a single case. At a very young age, he became one of the most in-demand lawyers in the field. He doesn’t live with his father, as his father has been an alcoholic who abused him since childhood.

Meet Amrita, 25 years old — also an orphan who grew up in the same orphanage as Saanvika. She’s like an elder sister to her, and Saanvika respects her deeply. Amrita has always encouraged her to do her best in life, but her own life took a dark turn after meeting Agastya Shergill.

Meet Siddhant Malhotra, 30 years old — a famous actor who every girl has a crush on, yet he never thought about being in a relationship with anyone. His name is always linked with different actresses, and many dream of having him as their prince charming. But ended up fall for Amrita at first sight, doing everything so that she believe in love again.

Meet Ritika Mittal, 22 years old — a law student who dreams that one day she’ll meet her prince in college. And one day, she actually does in Samarthya Shergill. But He fall for her friend Saanvika.

Meet Samarthya Shergill, 24 years old — senior to both Saanvika and Ritika. He has had a huge crush on Saanvika ever since the first day she walked into college.

The most demanding character-

Meet Cherry, a 3-year-old baby girl — Amrita’s daughter, whom Saanvika has raised with love. A sweet, cute little princess who rules everyone’s heart.

Let's introduce Villians-

Meet Shilie Shah, 25 years old — Vyom Nomani’s girlfriend, but not out of love. She’s with him only for his fame, while Vyom, on the other hand, loves her unconditionally.

Meet Agastya Shergill, 29 years old — a playboy and the elder brother of Samarthya Shergill. He is the one who ruined Amrita’s life. He hates Vyom Nomani and is an expert at playing with people’s emotions.

Everyone has their own plans for their life, but fate always plays its own game. No one knows whose destiny will get intertwined with whom but we believe in God’s plans, right? So, we leave everything to Him and move forward.

PROLOGUE-

The hospital corridor felt colder than usual as Saanvika rushed toward the doctor, tears already burning in her eyes. Her hands trembled when she grabbed the doctor’s coat, her voice breaking with fear.

“Doctor please… meri dii aur unke bache ko kuch nahi hona chahiye…please kuch bhi kriye unhe bacha lijiye please doctor”

("Doctor please… nothing should happen to my sister and her baby…please do anything but save them please.")

The doctor sighed heavily, hee expression turning serious as she looked at her.

“Patient ki pregnancy mein bahut complications aa rahi hain. Aapki behen shayad woh khud theek nahi hona chahti… unki body koi response nahi de rahi hai hamare treatment ka agar aisa hi raha toh delivery ho pana mushkil ho jayega.”

(Your sister’s pregnancy has developed many complications. Maybe she herself isn’t able to respond properly… her body isn’t reacting at all. If this continues, delivering the baby will be extremely difficult.)

Before she could react, the nurse hurried out, panic written across her face.

“Doctor! Doctor! Patient ki delivery mein bahut problem ho rahi hai. Humein nahi lagta ki hum unke bache ko ya unhe bacha payenge.”

(Doctor! There is a major complication during delivery. We don’t think we’ll be able to save her or the baby.)

Saanvika felt her heart freeze. Her breathing hitched as she stumbled forward, holding the doctor’s hand like a lifeline.

“Doctor… aap kuch bhi kijiye. Please unhe bacha lijiye… please…”

(Doctor… do anything you can. Please save them… please…)

She broke down, crying uncontrollably as the doctor and nurse rushed back inside. Her body shook as sobs escaped her chest, but she kept standing there, helpless and terrified.

The doctor looked back one last time.

“Hum apni poori koshish karenge. Baaki bhagwan se pray kare… kyunki unki body response nahi kar rahi.”

(We will try our best. But pray to God… because her body isn’t responding.)

Left alone, Saanvika placed her trembling hands together and closed her eyes tightly. Her whisper was barely audible, but filled with desperate pain.

“Please God… please unhe kuch nahi hona chahiye. Unke bache ko bhi sahi-salamat iss duniya mein le aaiye. Aapne hi usse iss duniya mein bheja hai toh please usse jeene ka haq dijiye… bhale uske badle meri jaan le lijiye… please God… please…”

(Please God… nothing should happen to her. Bring her baby safely into this world. You are the one who sent the child here, so please give it a right to live… even if You take my life instead… please God…)

Her voice trembled violently as she said it, her entire body shaking from fear.

Minutes later, the silent hallway was pierced by the sudden cry of a newborn loud, sharp, alive.

Saanvika’s head snapped up immediately. The doctor came out holding a tiny baby wrapped in a blanket.

“Congratulations,” she said softly. “Baby girl ne janam liya hai.”

(A baby girl is born.)

“Girl…?” Saanvika’s eyes filled again, this time with painful happiness. “but... Doctor… dii..dii kaisi hai?”

(Girl? But..... Doctor… how is my sister?)

The doctor’s expression shifted again this time to regret.

“Sorry…par aapki behen ke koi response na dene ki wajah se woh coma mein chali gayi hai.”

(I’m sorry… but due to not responding, your sister has gone into a coma.)

Saanvika felt the world crash around her.

“Coma…?”

The doctor slowly shook his head.

“Ji. Ab unko hosh kab aayega… ya aayega bhi ya nahi… hum abhi kuch nahi keh sakte.....I am sorry.”

(Yes. When she will regain consciousness… or if she even will or not… we cannot say anything right now. I’m sorry.)

Saanvika stood frozen between the sound of a newborn crying… and the silent stillness of a sister who might never wake up.
